Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after purchase confirmation. During peak periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email of any unexpected delays.
Shipping Options We offer domestic and international shipping via reliable couriers. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination:
Italy: 4-7 working days
Delivery times may be longer due to stock outs and/or conditions beyond our control, for a maximum of 30 working days from the time of ordering.
Free Shipping For orders over [50 euros] we offer free shipping in Italy and Europe. Orders under this threshold will be subject to a shipping cost calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking All our orders include a tracking number, which will be sent via email once your order ships. You can track your package directly from the courier's website or our portal.
Liability and Customs Duties: Cintere is not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections or customs clearance procedures. Any taxes or duties applied to international shipments are the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Please make sure you enter all shipping details correctly. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will be happy to resend it, but the additional cost will be the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Orders In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
