Returns and Exchanges Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the delivery date.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received:
Undamaged and unaltered.
It must be returned in its original packaging, including any certificates or accessories.

Returns Procedure
Return request: Contact us at soleilclips@libero.it, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Confirmation and Refund: Once the product is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation. Your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 30 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll cover the return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you still haven't received your refund after the indicated timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your bank. If the problem persists, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
